Regular program rates INCLUDE<
• Transfer IN from Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales or Cerro Castillo (according to schedule).
• Transfers OUT to Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales or Cerro Castillo (according to schedule).
• Accommodation in Patagonia Camp.
• Buffet breakfast / boxlunch / menu dinner (with reserve house wine).
• Patagonian Lamb Barbeque.
• Standard Open bar.
• Daily excursions, (10 persons per guide/van), 2 daily options.
• Bilingual guides (spanish/english).
• Entries to Torres del Paine National Park.
• Children from 0 to 4 years free of charge sharing bed with their parents.
• Children between 5 and 11 years in additional bed sharing rooms with their parents are charged as a CHD rate. Maximum 1 additional bed per room.
• Familiar rate (Fam) consider two double yurts for a family of 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years.
Regular program rates DO NOT INCLUDE
• Laundry, phone calls or massages, extras.
Individuals (1 – 8 people)
To make a reservation, we require a deposit of 20% of the total rack rate within 5 days of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 25 days before check-in.
If reserving within 25 days previous to check-in, the reservation must be paid immediately in full.
Groups (9 – 36 people)
To make a reservation, we require a deposit of 20% of the total rack rate within 5 days of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within 40 days before check-in.
If reserving within 40 days previous to check-in, the reservation must be paid immediately in full.
A reservation is confirmed just once the payment of the deposit is received. Any reservation without its deposit is understood as not confirmed from the client and can be cancelled by Patagonia Camp according to their needs.
Reservations
Reservations must be requested by e-mail to reservas@patagoniacamp.com or
ylopez@patagoniacamp.com.
Once a reservation is received in writing, we will provide a confirmation number. A reservation is understood to be confirmed only when written confirmation has been received.
Modifications
Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability, and must be requested in writing to reservas@patagoniacamp.com or
ylopez@patagoniacamp.com. A reservation is understood to be changed only when written confirmation of the change has been
received.
For each reservation we request important guest information such as:
• Names
• Date of birth
• Citizenship
• Passport number
• Special meals requirements or diet
For groups we require as well the rooming list 40 days prior Check In.
