Rates per person expressed in USD dollars.
Rates are free of tax, for foreigner guests not resident in Chile.
To apply for tax exemption, guest must show at the Check In their valid passport and tourist card “Tarjeta de Turismo”.
Valid from September the 15th 2009 to April the 30th 2010.
Minimum, 1 person.

Regular program rates INCLUDE

Transfers Punta Arenas / Patagonia Camp / Punta Arenas (according to schedule).
Accommodations in Patagonia Camp.
Buffet breakfast / box lunch / menu dinner (with reserve house wine).
Patagonian Barbeque.
Daily excursions, (10 persons per guide/van).
Bilingual guides (Spanish/English).
Entries to Torres del Paine National Park.
Children from 0 to 4 years free of charge sharing bed with their parents.
Children between 5 and 11 years in additional bed sharing rooms with their parents are charged as a CHD rate. Maximum 1 additional bed per room
Familiar rate (Fam) consider two double yurts for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR includes a special dinner and open bar without extra cost.

Individuals (1 – 8 people)
To make a reservation, we require:

US $300 per person for programs of 3 nights paid within 5 days of booking.
US $400 per person for programs of 4 nights paid within 5 days of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid within 25 days before check-in.

If reserving within 25 days previous to check-in, the reservation must be paid immediately in full.

Groups (9 – 32 people)
To make a reservation, we require:

US $300 per person for programs of 3 nights paid within 5 days of booking.
US $400 per person for programs of 4 nights paid within 5 days of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid within 40 days before check-in.

If reserving within 40 days previous to check-in, the reservation must be paid immediately in full.

Reservations
Reservations must be requested by e-mail to reservas@patagoniacamp.com.
Once a reservation is received in writing, we will provide a confirmation number. A reservation is understood to be confirmed only when written confirmation has been received.

Modifications
Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability, and must be requested in writing to
reservas@patagoniacamp.com. A reservation is understood to be changed only when written confirmation of the change has been received.

According to Chilean laws, in case of no show at the hotel, IVA (tax) must be charged to the room rate. This is a 19% over the rate.
