Patagonia's weather is unpredictable year-round. To stay comfortable, dress in layers:

Clothing: Polypropylene or capilene T-shirt, fleece layer, waterproof jacket, quick-dry or waterproof pants, trekking shoes or boots (well-worn to avoid blisters).
Accessories: Hat, sunglasses, waterproof or fleece gloves, small backpack, sunscreen.
