Role Objectives
Ensure the provision of personalised attention to guests in the dining room, Meeting room, and terrace, thus upholding a first-class standard of service in acoordance with the hotel´s established standards.

Role Description

  • Maintain an impeccable, professional, and positive attiude while providing service to guests in the dining room, terrace, meeting room and bar.
  • Be aware of foods that could be harmful to guests with allergies or specific dietary preferences restrictions.
  • Offer support to the bar service as needed.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of and be fully familiar with every dish on the menu and drinks.
  • Learn detailed information about each ingredient used in the menu dishes, such as origen, characteristics, textures, and more.
  • Be aware of foods that could be harmful to guests with allergies or specific dietary preferences restrictions.
  • Offer support to the bar service as needed.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of and be fully familiar with every dish on the menu and drinks.
