Role Objectives
Collaborate in the management of the hotel’s daily operations
in coordination with other departments, oversee standards and protocols, and enhance the guest experience through an active on-site presence.

Role Description

  • Collaborate in managing the hotel’s daily operations, maintaining communication with hosts and internal departments.
  • Ensure efficient transfers and exceptional guest experiences by handling special requests and communicating key information in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively across all hotel departments, supporting events and activities while overseeing service standards in the yurts, excursions, and transfers.
  • Foster harmonious working relationships and act proactively in unforeseen situations to ensure impeccable service.

Desired Profile

  • University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles or within the hospitality industry
  • Passion for Hospitality
  • Initiative and a creative, innovative mindset
  • Strong self-management and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork-oriented
  • Advanced English proficiency (required)
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Canva)
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Hotel Management Platforms (PMS systems)
