Role Objectives
Provide warm and personalized experiences, ensure guest satisfaction, coordinate operations, support environmental care and sustainability efforts, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Role Description

  • Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to guests during their stay at Patagonia Camp, managing check-ins/check-outs, payments, and guest requests.
  • Inform guests about services and activities while coordinating with other departments to ensure a unique, seamless, and memorable experience.
  • Represent the hotel’s values with a positive attitude, promoting respect for nature and supporting the property’s sustainability practices.

Desired Profile

  • Studies in Hospitality and Tourism or related fields.
  • Experience in boutique hotels, 5-star establishments, or remote locations.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Proven administrative and accounting skills in issuing electronic tax documents (mandatory).
  • High level of customer service.
  • Intermediate to advanced English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
